Threatening my brother , family

sir,
i am a MBA student and my brother is taking care of someone property. there is Boxer who is threatening my brother saying not to tell about his activities to the owner. on the basis of his back of boxers he usually threatens my brother. what should i do ?

What is the boxer threatening and why is he threatening forms crux of the issue, give complete facts to advise properly

Plz provide more detail. but in this short we can suggest only to file an informatory application to the police that in future if anything happen to your brother then the boxer will be responsible and request the police to take an approprite action against the boxer for making threats.
