sir , i had done agreement with a pvt . ltd . company as a super distributor of thier brand for my district in. april 2012.
but company cheated me.they do the billing to other party in my area by approaching directly without any agreement till date for nearly 2 crores ..

Issue legal notice to the co., and claim damages

Send a legal notice and claim compensation.

issue notice to that company, claim damages and ask not to billing other party,abide by the agreement.In case of non compliance with notice then file a suit against company for damages and injunction.
