My property regisration

(Querist) 18 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
I WENT INTO AN AGREEMENT OF SALE ON MAY7TH.
FOR MY PROPERTY FOR AN AMOUNT OF 52LACS.
THE BUYER PROMISSED ME AN ADVANCE OF 12 LACS BUT NEVER PAID ANY OF THE AMONTS ON DATES SPECIFIED.THEN AS PER AGREEMENT THE LAST DAY I TRIED MY LEVEL BEST TO PERSUADE AND REGISTER THE DOCUMENT SO THAT I WOULD GET MYFULL SETELMENT .BUT THEY REFUSED.SINCE AGREEMENT AS LAPSED AND FOR 90DAYS I WAS HARASED I GAVE A NOTICE THRU A LAWYER SAYING THE SALE AGREEMENT HAS LAPSED AND AS PER AGREEMENT THE BUYER HAS FORFEIT THE ADVANCE PAYED.BUT THERE WAS NO REPLY.AFTER SEVEN DAYS THE AGREMENT STANDS CANCELLED AS PER THE LAWYERS NOTICE.
BUT SINCE THE BUYER WAS AN INFLUENCIAL PERSON THRU WRONG MEANS I WAS TAKEN BY THE POLICE FORCIBLY AT EARLY MORNING 6:0 CLOCK
TO THE POLICE STATION AND HARASED AND I WAS TRETEND THAT I WILL BE REMANDED IN JAIL
I I DONT REGISTER THE PROPER ON THE BUYERS NAME.FINALLY DUE TO ENORMOUS PRESURE AND HUMILIATION I REGITERED THE DOCUMENT.THE POLCICE SAID THEY HAD FILED A FIR AND CHEATING CASE.I WAS THERETEND.WHAT SHOULD I DO.??????????????

1. What the police has done is utterly illegal, which if proved - heads will roll and they would face penal action.

2. Police, who is so unwilling to register complaints in genuine cases, showed such swiftness in a purely civil matter, they are surely acting on extraneous considerations.

3. At once file complaints against the SHO/IO concerned for extortion/false FIR/criminal intimidation/wrongful confinement.

4. At once file a suit for declaration that the sale deed is null and void being vitiated by undue influence/fraud & coercion.

5. Consult a good lawyer who would get you through this mess.

BUT IN THIS WHOLE ISSIUE THE BUYER WHO HARASED ME IS AN ADVOCATE AND HIS WIFE IS A JUDGE IN A SUB DISTRICT COURT.
SO LAWYERS SHY AWAY FROM HANDLING THIS CASE.IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO PRESENT MY CASE DIRECTLY TO THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE HIGH COURT.RECENTLY I GOT A NEWS THAT THE PURCHASER ALSO TRIED TO USE GOONDAAS TO KIDNAP ME AND GET THE DOCUMENT REGISTERED BUT LATER CHANGED THEIR MIND AND USED THE POLICE.

If the local lawyers are shying away to handle your case you may try to engage a lawyer from another place. But if ur purchaser is so influential, even lawyers from outside may not be willing to take up your brief. But the remedial action is that suggested by Mr. Chugh.
