Forcing to do job for which i am not hired

I am working in an online education providing company & I am working as Customer support executive in Inbound.
But from the past 2 months with the change of new manager, I am forced to do outbound calls for sales and follow ups with clients. They have given us a data to call on.
However I joint the company on 3rd jan, 2012 and at the time of interview I'd clearly asked the HR that its inbound na? He said me yes it is. And you will get calls from the clients... calls like – support, assistance, password reset, and sometimes if a client wants to purchase u can assist him that how to purchase online and offline.

So I after the product training I came live on floor on 16th of Jan, and even on the floor I asked my reporting team leader that whether its outbound or inbound or target involving. She told me that its totally inbound and a team of 16 people. There is no target.
I made this clear because on the floor in outbound process the executives were getting abused by their team leaders for not selling the online study material and doing follow ups and thus achieving daily targets.
My team leader she clearly told me that there is no target not such pressure in inbound, we are client support executives. And I was happily doing job there.
But sudden in May she left the job because our job was stretched from 8.30hrs to 9:00hrs. And then another lady of oubound (from another company) came in to the job as marketing head and since then she found that we get 60-80 calls daily , so she told that you would be doing outbound call and have to achieve target and do sales. I did it but now she is trying to change inbound in outbound and have to do calls daily.
As doing outbound calls is generating sale , but I dont want to do it beacuse I was not hired for selling the product and doing follow ups every now and then to the same cleint untill the client gets irrate.
I am happy in inbound giving assistance and talking to the students and client and that is why I decided to do this job and made this clear with HR and my ex-team leader.
But this new floor marketing manager has changed everything now for her repo.

Tell me what to do? I dont want to leave the job because atleast in any pressure I want to complete whole one year, but now she is building a much pressure and stress that sometimes I quit my life. Should I get terminate then because I am not leaving the job, its they are forcing me to do outbound and follow ups and sale.
Or do I complaint it to HR and how, as my marketing head is clearly saying if u dont want to do outbound now u can leave the company.
So help me and suggest me any way, do I have any right?
Even all executives( a team of 8 people) are fed up of this but no one wants to open the mouth. And new marketing manager wants to turn us to outbound.

surprising. You are dissatisfied with this job and did not get another job in 3 months.

After reading this I found that you are not being asked to serve tea or sweep floor.

If not finding another job do what the seniors in the company say as long as they do not want you to commit a crime.

You perhaps do not know that even if you secure a Govt job by arduous selection procedure where each post is sanctioned for doing a particular job still you can be deed on any job.

You can see all teachers, clerks, IAS/PCS officers, postal employees, Income tax personnel, lectures, engineers, accountants, IRS officials, defense civilians, rationing /licensing /sale tax officials, IT PERSONNEL, stenographers, peons, sweepers, tradesmen, translators, draughtsmen all are deployed on election duty for which they were not hired.

Even IAS/IPS officers are not spared.

I sugest to continue for another 2 months as u want to complete a year. ; Then decide.

It is not a Contract to do particular work, It is a Employment, that management decide what should be done to improve business.
After all, you were instreucted to bring business Out or in.
It s not illegal.
It is part of your job.

Location to work, Hrs of work,
Style of work is always flexible to suit growth of business.

Management is well within their right.
To achieve sales target, Sales executives & Manages always subjected to stress.

You may only request your superior, and if he can accommodate you, or use u better, with special skill u have, it is at his pleasure.
