Fake arrest warrants : what next step

Hello

Please urgently guide me........I am staying with my family at Thane (Maharashtra)......A leading bank has got issued from Bangalore false & fake arrest warrants in cheque bouncing cases..........These illegal activities was exposed in year 2010 in leading dailies but probe had got stopped.

How do i prevent my family.............is there some releif I can obtain from Thane court or police...........

First you have to show some kinf of proof that no such WA is issued from the issuing court.
Unless you do so the Thane Police would not help you.
This was happening from Bnagalore court as well.

You have to proof that the WA is not issued from the court. Unless you do so your local police can't help you. This was happening from banglore court

Warrant must have court stamp with case No,etc

cannot issue fake warrant. Who handled the matter??
