I am basically from j&k, i want to ask u that
my grand father has property in kashmir,and he had 5-sons in which one of his son is my father and he died in militancy during 1990.
i want to ask u that is there any provision of claming my part of property wht iz that and how can i claim my right.

is your grand father still alive? you have said your grandfather has property in J and k .

if your grandfather dies did he leave behind any will ? or he died intestate .

if he died intestate your father share will be inherited by his legal heirs including you

you have clarified that your grand father is still alive . in such a case in case of ancestral property you would have a share .
