Dear Sir,
i have 1.40 acres, i converted the agriculture land to non-agriculture(plots) in 2008 PANCHAYAT norms, and now the layout contains a total of 18 plots, but the fellow farmer(who is adjacent to my land) he is objecting that there is no right to go the vehicles for plots purpose but only for your farming purpose. and it is a bit of 200 sq yards(dispute). he was demanding one of my plots for that. please give me the suggestion that this is a point or not? what should i do?? if you are the owner of 18 plots and your neighbour has adjoining plot he cant restrain vehicles from going over to your plots . he cannot say right of way is only for farming not for vehicles .however it should not ruin the farm land
however better to settle with neighbour

I agree with Mr. Sethi, If they are not ready to settle the matter you can go to court and file a civil case.

we are trying to settle the matter sir, but he was asking 200 sq.yards of plot with registration and moreover they are illiterate thats why we are trying to convince them sir but they are so rude.
sir, how can i take action on them i mean can v give a notice?

Bother Sam have have every right to enjoy ur property at ur wish and will at the same time ur enjoyment should not damage the right of ur adjacent owner.
Facts in hand is simple after conversion of ur land to NA your right of easement will be jeopardized. think and act.
