a cheque was bounced and i wanted to serve notice on the default party. but, the party (a real estate group) is absconding and i have no proper address of that real estate group. how to serve notice ?

If the group is formed as partnership or company ,you may send it on firm's or co.'s address.

You must be knowing any of its offices.

TRY FIND WHAT ADD IN BANK, AND SEND IT AT THAT ADDRESS.
