Early hearing

One of my suit is pending in HC. The Hon'ble Judge was on leave, so I get next date of hearing in August, 2012. However there is no stay order, but still I am facing problem like stay, as my business is stopped.
Is there any process to file an application to HC for early hearing and decision? Under which law its possible?

You can mention the case to the another Bench having the same determination to hear the matter at the earliest.

you must have taken out notice of motion in high court for ad interim reliefs? were any reliefs granted by high court ?

generally practice atleast in bombay is you serve the defendants and take out motion for ad interim reliefs . if court is satisfied it grants the reliefs .

Where ever High Court enjoys original suit jurisdiction the same procedure, as stated by Mr.Sethi, is, more or less, in practice.

You may pray to expedite your case.I think you must be having a lawyer for your case.You should depend on him.
