husband is also willing to grant divorce hence it will be mutually but prior to court procedure if girl wishes to leave then what kind of document to be prepared for husband's safer side?

1. That she is leaving on her accord
2. That all her Streedhan is in her possession.
3. That there is no dispute between you two and you have mutually decided to file divorce at the right time when law permits.

make a list of streedhan . get it signed by her in presence of witness that hse has received the same and that she is leaving house of her own free will

Yes but if mutual petition is prepared and filed and then the wife retracts at the time of hearing then its contents would not be taken into account.
