Does the accused person possess the right to self representation, which includes right to cross examination the prosecution witness and arguements.

As there is express provision that prosecution cam be done by person himself or by a pleader but as for accused there is no such specific provision. So we can assume it as given when legislature do not intend to so. (sec. 302, 303 cr.P.C.)
