Respected Experts,
My ex-wife has filled cases for 498A & 406, maintenance for baby as she her self being empoly, SHRC, Women commission,RCR,Office all my seniors including Minister,
What other case she can file against me as She & his father is hell bent against me.
I was told by my friend they are planning more case against me.
As i am already fedup because of tough time in 498A 406,which is pending in court.Maintenance also disposed off.

You still have sections 339 to 341 ipc,probably against you.I am not trying to inject a sence of fear in you,but as per your query,I am just giving you the possibilities.

you ahve already divorced your wife . maintenace case is disposed of .
defend the cases filed by your wife of 498 A and 406 and do not think of what further cases she is planning .
you are already divorced . move on in life

if the criminal proceedings have been filed after divorce then her case is likely to fall flat.
fight it out on merits and if there are some abuse of process of law then approach HC for quashing of the said FIR/ Complaint.
seek valuable help from some local lawyer.

If she has filed the case after getting divorce the presumption of cruelty is almost ruled out.The best way right now is to file a petition for quashing all criminal cases against you in high court u/s 482 CrPC.If you give me some more detail ,I would be able to guide you.
