Dear Sir,
I want to know that what are the relevant sections of Indian Contract Act and Transfer of property Act are mostly dealt with in the professional field?

It depends upon the requirement of the case otherwise each and every section is important and who can say which is the requirement of the time. So nothing can be told as preferential, however, those sections are in more operation which deal with will, transfer of property by way of agreement, mortgage, sale, lien etc.
