I would like to know that what are the relelevant subjects of law are required to be prepared to sit for the interview of a steel coompany?

i believe that contract act and transfer of property act, and NI act, consumer act. and international law if the company export.

It should be better to enquire from the particular company otherwise there is no limitation of knowledge and each and every type of legal work may be necessitated while doing a job in legal field in cement company.

The area of law is too wide,it is however probable that most questions would be related to your job responsibility law or the law company is supposed to work under and is expected to follow.
