Are you taking about stamp duty??
If yes, At the time registration of sale deed, you have to seek adjustment of payment of stamp duty at time of ats.

Mr. Shailesh is right, if you pay the stamp duty in sale agreement then at the time of sale deed the amount of agreement will be deducted. feel free to call

Yes. i too agree with Mr. Shailesh. The amount of stamp duty which you paid for the agreement for sale will be adjusted in the actual stamp duty which is to be paid at the time of executin the sale deed.

Right but in which state is the agreement is being proposed to be made.?????That too has some bearing to look into its' validity.

sale consideration + sd & registration togather is a total cost of purchasing the property, so all inclusive. thats wht few bank give 105% loan on housing
