Hi All?

Mothers Sellf acquired property will be joint family property?

By using mother property if son earn some property will be joint family property?

Exactly you are right because after the death of the father. If son earns money by using mother's property it is also amounts to joint family property.

IF father and mother both are alive...
Father doesnot having property... only mother has property?
if son gains the property using mother's land then son's property is joint family property?

I differ.
Mother's self acquired property, will not be treated as a joint family property.

The property of any individual cannot form part of his joint hindu property. In the given case mother has self acquired property so she is its exclusive owner and none has any share therein. Id any son has also earned subsequent property with the consent of his mother even then the character of the property in the hand of mother do not change and earning of such son is also his self acquired haivng no connection with the joint property theme.

I do agree with the opinionof Mr.makkad

Son's property will be joint property only with mother and not mother's property with son.

Thanks to all Export for your reply!!!

Now my question is

"The above mentioned Son's property(son earned subsequent property with the consent of his mother ) is having legal share with another son of the mother"?

Kindly replay for this!

subject to absence of consent to consider joint property from absolute owner then there is no question arises at all if arises then you should you have to prove it in court.
