File a suit for declaration of the fake deed as null and void in the court of law.

to file a declaration suit the court fee has to be paid or not the value of the property is running to crores pl advise

The court fees differs from state to state.
In WB the court fees for declaratory suit is a fixed one i.e.Rs 100/-.
In most of the states the court fees for such suits is generally fixed. So check with your own State enactment.

The relief to be claimed is cancellation which does not involve capability of valuation then court would be fixed.It ranges between 100 to 500.In Up 200.

Until you post the facts of the case, nothing definite shall come out. Two partitions of the same property by way of court proceeding is unheard.

VARIOUS QUESTIONS ARISE OUT OF THIS SITUATION WHICH REQUIRE DEFINITE INFORMATION FROM YOUR SIDE. SO BETTER TO COME WITH CLEAN HANDS WITH FULL DETAILS OF SUCH SITUATION.

Al experts have given replies anticipating that the party going to file suit was not party to the either of the partition proceeding which I am inclined to accept without your confirmation.
