Cancellation of registered sale deed dt 04-06-1985

Dear Sir,
A title suit case is filed in the court for cancellation of Registered sale deed on date 04-06-1985 on the basis of the following matter:-
1.There was no need of money to sale the land by father as it is the ancestral property.
ans:-The land was sold by plaintiff's father in the case at the time of his daughter's marriage.
2.The witness of the registered sale deed was not knowing by the plaintiff's father.
ans:-One of the witness was the niece of plaintiff's father and the another was muslim ''s friend.
3.At the time of registration of sale deed father was not taken consent of their sons who is plaintiff in the case.
ans:-The sons were minor at the time of registration.
4.The plaintiffs father has registered the sale deed of his sister in consideration of money.
5.The entire land is aquired by the grand fathers of the plaintiff through Hukumnama.
6.There are seven sisters and only one brother who was the plaintiffs father who recently died in 2010.
7.The registered land is mutated in the name of deed holder and also transfered the suit land land property to her sister-in-laws(Bahu)
Please advise me to take pleadings in the matter and I want to know the legal right of minor in the registration process as consent is required or not from the minors in the matter of ancestral khatiyani land.

Why you have asked for is the drafting for pleading for which you need to engage an advocate who should be paid for his job.

The transfer property belonging to a minor without the permission of the court is voidable at the option of the minor.
So go to the court and get necessary permission.
