!. Does the will has to be written on any stamp paper, if yes, Worth how much?

2. Does it has to be registered with any court of law, If yes, where in Mumbai, I am in Andheri west.

Does the will which is IF on stamp paper and has to be registered should have proofs and other documents of properties attatched with it?

1]No,not at all.It can be on plain paper too.

2]Even registration is optional.But it would always be beneficial that one gets it registered.

It would be registered before sub registrar of the area where property transactions of that locality are registered.

Answer: there is no legal requirement, only plain paper needed for WILL.

Answer: no legal requirement to register, but it is advisable to register.

All Experts are right. It can be written on plain paper. Registration ids optional but it is advisable to get registered in order to avoid future complications. it can be registered in any Sub-Registrar Office.
