How to calculate court fees for recovery suits

I have to file recovery suits as my dealer not paying the monies

it would depend upon the amount involved .court fees would depend upon the amount claimed by you in suit

Every state has its own table of ad voleram court fees.
So check your state law. It would depend upon what do you claim in your plaint.

I'll tell you the simpler way.... to your respective District court, then go to filing branch, and then ask them how much court fees should be affixed with your recovery case as it differs along with the recovery amount. They shall tell you the same....

Best way to go around if you ask me....
