makkad and singh sir in order to shuttle here and there the girl/boy by providing a false address or lost residing address into a far away court. So that some courts are requiring the proof of address of present residence while filing RCR

Yes they are asking address proof. Since i dont have address proof for city limit in chennai, i am going to give fake address proof. will it create any issue?
Will i recieve any counter docs or any petition to that fake address if filed by other party?

The main problem is not that we can not solve your problem when you really have it and truly state it without any concealment.
But right from beginning you have started with a misguide.
It could be rightly guessed by only Mr. Ganeshan,but then every mind every time can not guess correctly more particularly when he has to begin and end with guesses here on LCI about authors real problems.
Still not clear who you are??
A spouse you are but which part is unknown.
In every petition proposed to be filed in a court,the petitioner has to state its' address in the title name itself,in addition he is required to submit a prescribed form of address and you must have proposed to file.
Look it appears that the court has encountered the problem of fake addresses
in petitions filed and to administer the same smoothly,the registry has been instructed to accept petitions only after verification of the address of the petitioner that is why registry is demanding you to submit address proof which you do not have,these kind of manipulations only cause re framing of rules to guard against.
The purpose of address in court is with object that in case of need the court may be able to serve on the party ,the notices
and orders that may be required to be served during course of proceedings should there any necessity arises.
It is your correct intuition that all counter docs and petition would be mailed to you on the address provided by you.
WE ARE NOT HERE TO ADVISE YOU TO COMMIT CRIME.IN OUR OPINION IT IS CRIMINAL TO FILE A FAKE ADDRESS PROOF WHICH INVOLVES FORGERY
,PERJURY AS WELL AS FRAUD ON THE COURT,AND IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SUCH A FALSE THING,ITS REVELATION WILL OPEN DOORS OF CELL FOR YOU.
SO FAR YOU HAVE THOUGHT NOT AS A LAW ABIDING CITIZEN.
BUT IT DOES PAY US IF WE CULTIVATE A HABIT
TO BECOME LAW ABIDING.

Now in many places the proof of address is necessary for filing any case in family courts.
