My friends wife has put maintenance case on my friend. She is Advocate and engaged in registration of property documents with Stamps and Registration Dept.

My query is that can my friend would be able to get information under RTI Act from that deptt that how many times documents for registration of properties submitted by her in registration and stamps deptt.

Is there any mechanism to track such information in those deptt.

You can file an application therein but unfortunately his charges shall not find place in documentation and a further dispute shall arise about the value charged therein.

If information is denied, you can summon entire registration record for a year or more as per desire before court by moving an application and depositing necessary DM etc.

Charges are not in dispute but the main motto is file perjury as she had denied in her application that she in not doing any work, therefore to file perjury or to use this information during cross examination...

Can we get the information under RTI Act rather requesting court to call whole record....

Is there any mechanism in that deptt to track those documents Advocate wise

You can file RTI Application for this purpose as already advised though there is no specific mechanism to deal with such problems/information but department is bound to follow provisions of RTI Act.
