Hon Mr P Singh, there are no hidden facts neither any thing as to misuse your answer.Having gone through the CLINICAL ESTABLISHMENT ACT 2010, IT SAYS THERE HAS TO BE A QUALIFIED REGISTERED DOCTOR TO SIGN A REPORT- PATHOLOGY/X RAY etc, and in this era of super specialization will a MBBS fit in to sign these reports? may it be an ECG report!
