Tenant nusiance

sir we stay in mahada building,there are 12 flat out of which 3 of them are given on rent to tenant,
the other 9 people are flat owners staying from 1992 onwards on a side there are 6 and on b side there are 6
so on the side we stay there are 2 tenant staying on rent just above us and it is these two who is disturbing
the whole atmosphere of the society people who are owners dont want to interfer in the matter because the society
was registered before but they are moving according to the rules and regulation since from many years,
so if anyone complain so action is taken over them that the reason the rented tenent take advantage about that,
the society doesnot know even if any agreement has been done or now nor anyy police verification are done or no....
the owner who have given their flat on rent just ant to earn money and they are not bothered about the tenant behaviour at all,
if they are disturbing the other flat owners or no...90% of the people in the society are old people,so they dont think
of taking any action,and they know that the cops will also not do anything.i have not lied any thing what is fact i have told,
people might think why this guy is complainig all the time......the rented tenent should be taught a lesson as well as the flat
owner,because these people come from out and disturb the whole society atmosphere,they try to make there own rules and break all
the other rules of the society........

File a complaint before the near police station. And also file a complaint before a Society and jurisdictional municipal corporation.

have owners taken society permission before gving flat on rent?
prior permission of society is a must .
society can lay down detailed guidelines for members giving flat on rent .
insist on police verification . if police verification not done you cna refuse to grant permission for giving flat on rent .
raise the issue In AGM and have guidelines laid down

What kind of nuisance, a police complaint could be an interim measure, as advised by Ld. Mr. Sethi a detailed guidelines are a must.
