Right available with original land owner against 32 g

(Querist) 24 October 2011 This query is : Resolved 
hon sir, with due respect i want to put my query as:

my agri land was acquired by the tenant under maharashtra kul kayda in 1964. now he was applying for 32 G. then after he want to sell / transfer the said land to someone else. pl help me regarding the issue. is there were any possitive rights with me to servive myself as a land owner and acquire property.

There is no scope left with you as after acquisition of land in 1964, your tenant replaced you and became legally owner of the property so he is free to dispose off it as per his sweet will and wishes.

If the tenant Owner wants to sell the land you may consider purchasing the same. No other way as mentioned by the experts above.

Who has become owner of the land by way of Kul kayda is not remained as your tenant so terms shall be separate for the consideration.
