why do not you ask your CA who has divulged the confidential information to your brother
at one hand and advised you to conceal a registered deed from ITO for no good reason on the other.
A gift from mother was not attracting any tax, then what was occasion to conceal the same.

NOW FACE THE PROCEDURE.

You need to understand that There is no colum in ITR to show assets.Consult with Ca, he told the same.

it is very unfortunaate that borthers are fighting over a property which mother has validly gifted it to one brother . your brother is trying to waeken your case as you have not disclosed it in your returns .

admit the concealment before ITO pay penalty . your admission before ITO will help you in the testamentary petition filed by your brother in respect of forged will
