as per your guidance i have completed my mutation process. now i just want to know after mutation is there any other formalities i hv to do. my name is added in form no I & XIV.

please be aware that hardly any lawyer here is from Goa.
It is advisable you please consult a local lawyer, knowing law of your state,as land law in each state are different.
