(Querist) 13 September 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Whether State Commission has power to restore the complaint which was dismissed for default?
Issue discussed in Rajeev Hitendra pathan-2007 SCC(7) 667. This issue is referred to Larger Bench.. Kindly help me to find judgment of Larger Bench on this issue..

The Larger Bench decision has come on 19.8.2011 holding that State Commission has no power to restore the complaint.
