It seems only Mr. Barman has under stood the query as what 13/4 notice the questioner has referred and of which Act section 17 is referred by Mr, Barman is a mystery for others.

Trying to guess only it may be perhaps some Ceiling Act,may be Urban.

I also know that the query relates to the provisions under SARFAESI Act. I only wanted to know the basic facts, before giving appropriate answer. Unfortunately, Mr. Yogesh is yet to come back with facts.
