Even for your clarification am interpreting this query. ' the courts shall send certified copy of every divorce, or nullity or cancellation of marriage to the near by registrar office' the enactment stating as SHALL. not as SHOULD. So its just suggestion. Not mandatory one.

We should strictly confine to the query and should provide suggestions, if any thereafter.

The Courts dealing with such cases are bound by law to send such decrees to the nearest marriage registrar. This is legal compulsion irrespective of he having time for it or not. He means through his staff engaged to help him.

We need to change the system everywhere and it should be single window system for every related Departments.
Then the hardship of the public and professionals will be reduced.

So,I must say the reforms should be there as said by Mr. MAKKAD.
