Is it ok? consumer case

(Querist) 01 September 2011 This query is : Resolved
in a consumer case reverted back to cdrf by the state commission,it seems that the original cdrf file is missing or misplaced,as the case is getting postponed for the past 5 months for want of the file from the state forum. The case is now again posted for Oct 2011.

Meanwhile the complainant who is pleading the case had a heart attack and undergoing treatment.

Now is it ok,if the complainant himself sent a request to the president of the state forum, with a copy to the cdrf to sent the file back to the cdrf urgently?

Suggest any other remedy to expedite the case in view of the poor health of the complainant who is pleading the case in person?
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 01 September 2011
You can reconstruct the whole documents, with the permission of the CDRF.
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 01 September 2011
Did you make any personal enquiries regarding the file from the State Commission's registry?
Please do that. Just because it has taken 4-5 months please do not jump to any conclusion.

I do agree with Ramachandran.

I too agree with Mr. Ramachandran.
mahendrakumar (Querist) 02 September 2011
thanks Mr.Ramachandran. You mean to say that ,it is normal such time lags in transferring the file from state forums to cdrfs?

still,no body has commented about writing a letter in this regard?
prabhakar singh (Expert) 02 September 2011
A personal visit and inquiry at state forum may yield better dividend than addressing letters, though expensive one.
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 02 September 2011
I have already indicated that a personal visit to the State Forum's registry will be the correct first step.
