Excessive instalment

sier, i have taken person loan 4m nationalisd bank and bank is deducting instalment 4m my salary acc. now on the briefing of someone without giving me notice bank manager is deducting amont more than scheduled instalment as he is sayng bank wants to recover loan amount asap. now plz tel can we make complaint against this action of bank? if yes ,then whre?

The Bank is purely indulging in illegal activities presuming that the loan agreement does not bear any such clause authorising the Bank to recover loan in such manner.
File a complaint in the consumer forum. You should be provided with adequate expeditious relief along with proper compensation.

It is better to first talk with bank official and then seek stay under DRT Act.

I also take it as deficiency on servicing loan by the Bank and agreeing with Mr. Devajyoti Barman ,advise you to first negotiate then if not agreed serve a notice,then file a consumer complaint as the same would be less expensive and adequate relief could be granted,DRTs often found expensive and pro Banks.
