recovery of money

can someone plz help me in finding out recovery of money if default in liu of salary takes place it will come under which provision of law and whr can we file the suit?

You have to issue a legal notice to the concern person for call upon to repay your amount or give reply. After elapse of the subsequent time which is given by you through legal notice, you can file a suit for recovery your money.

About the jurisdiction for your case.. You can file this suit at your residence or the defendant's residence place, or where the abuse of action was arised. Apart from this territorial jurisdiction you have to note the pecuniary jurisdiction also. As per the claim amount you have to file before appropriate court.

It will be a civil suit for recovery of money for which sending of notice is purely optional.

yes i agree with Mr. Barman.As the sending of notice is optional but in spite of that my opinion is that you should have to issue notice first.
