legal notice

sir,
After my fathers death, my brother was hidden all fixed depostis, house documents(which are still on my fathers name) left out by my father. I had given a legal notice to him for partition of the property within 15days. But there is no reply from him. what can i do next sir. plz advice me

File a suit for partition for which though no notice was required.

Mr. Barman is right. In addition you may also sue for accounts.

You can go for partition suit.You can file suit yourself because you are legal heir of your father. Your daughter and sons are your legal heir, there rights are after you.

You are entitled to get your share in property and fixed deposits,
File a suit fro partition and sue for the account.

You can claim partition as well as sue for accounts in one and the same suit.

File a suit for partition for all movable and immovable properties of your late father.No separate suit for accounts is required.
