some time this report is submitted between the successive dates so it is not necessary the accused must be present there

Presence of accused at the time of filing of chargesheet is not a must. It can be filed in his absence also.

Only after filing of the charge sheet, the accused will get their summons, then only they will receive their copy.

not necessary. but in petty cases the accused brought to the court and the matter is decided on the same day itself by the court.
