can one apply for judicial sepaeration while co habiting as we have one adolscent child , i want to do nothing with my abusive husband

Yes ! you may apply for a judicial separation, but it can have a different consequence with regard to maintenance. Therefore it is better to move away and seek maintenance, or better that you seek divorce and maintenance.
