Application for permission to file additional documents

Dear Experts,

Will the SC hear the application for permission to file additional documents.

Or is this application only for the registry to accept the additional document. Sorry this may a silly question however the application for official translation of vernacular document was ot heard by the court.

What is the procedure involved in case of application for permission to file additional documents.

Please clarify. Thanks.

. If your case pending before the supreme court mean, you can file a m.p for seeking permission for file additional counter. Thats court's discretionary power. Court may allowed or dismissed. If court deemed that you have merits for allow the additional documents , may be your case returned to trial court for dispose..

Oh. Sorry for my careless. Am little jerked.. Yes, surely you can file additional documents at any stage before its disposal.. Every writs should be supported by typed set of documents, if you want to file additional documents mean just can file additional typed set of documents after served the copy of type set to other side..

Normaly in appeal cases, you are not allowed to file any fresh documents other than the documents which were filed in the lower court.

But, the appellate court is having the discretion of allowing additional documents.
