Pls Guide what all are the provision through which this boy second motion can be filled or
is there any alternative to this?

the best alternative is to call upon the boy again and look for the reasons first.

let the things be done amicably...if he resiles then u can reopen all criminal cases filed by the gal against the boy...if not filed earlier then u can file fresh complaints as needed.

If the boy doesnt turn up you will have to intiate regular divorce proceeding. As suggested by Mr. Kiran Kumar you may reopen other cases and file fresh complaint if need arises.
