You first have to enter into a partnership agreement between the three persons. This agreement is to be in Non-judicial stamp paper (Please check up locally as to what is the stamp duty payable - since the stamp duty differs from State to State).
Thereafter, you have to get the partnership deed registered with the Registrar of Firms. For registering the FIRM, you have to indicate the principal place of business. If it is your own premises, then you have to produce evidence of ownership. If it is rented premises, then you have to produce the lease agreement and also a NOC from the land lord that he has no objection if the FIRM is run from the premises in question.
You have to obtain PAN Card for the FIRM.
After obtaining the PAN Card, and registration of the Firm, you can open a Bank Account in the name of the FIRM.
Presently, these are the only formalities that you have to complete.

With investment of Rs. 25,000, yours would be a partnership firm after due registration with the Registrar of Frms. However, if you intend to manufacture something, you can register your firm as a Tint Industrym the investment limit on plant and machinery of which is. 25 Lakhs.
