how can i take back my propert on lease to central govt.

i purchased a proprert in 2007. in this property two shops were given to india post by the seller. now i want these shops back what is the procedure?

For this the Lease Deed is required to be perused and after detail analysis of the same, solution to the present problem can be achieved.

Adv. Sunil is rightly said. You will have to issue notice to the superintendent of post terminating the lease.

Lease can be got redeemed subject to terms and conditions of lease-deed. You have not provided any detail of lease agreement so no comment can be passed herein.

Yes, you have to file a suit for eviction of the lessee after serving him a notice to quit.

1. Please go through the lease deed/ tenancy agreement entered into between the pre-seller and the authorities of post office.
2.If the rental period is completed, you can send notice to the officials of post office to vacate.
3. If they do not vacate you may file suit for eviction
4. On the other hand, the period is not over, it is better to wait.
