Can a working women get maintainence for children

I am working in a govt sector and my husband has very less income to show in black and white. I am living separated from my husband and he does not give any maintainece to the minor kids who are with me. Although Sec 125, 13,24, are pending but I have not got even a single penny from him . What should I do ?

1.His wife unable to maintain herself, or his legitimate or illegitimateminor c
hild, whethre married or not unable to maintain itself or his legitimate or illegitimate child(not being a married daughter) who has attained majority,where such child is by reasonof any physical or mental abnormality or injury unable to maintain itsef.you are entitled for maintenance.provided also that an application for the monthly allowance for the interim maintenance and expenses for proceedings under the second proviso shall
as far as possible be disposed of within 60 days from the date of the serviceof notice of the application to such person.
