Lis pendency

Respected experts, if a party to the suit tries to alienate the property in question while the suit is pending, I know the property can be attached in the same civil case while the trial is going on. But what action can be taken through CrPC to restrain alienation ? I mean to say, What are the options available for the other party?

Get the injunction from the same court where the suit is pending.

If the property is matter in pending civil case and the same property alienated during pendancy, the provision of lis pendance is attracted and your right will protected
