To save a major girl from her cruel parents

Hi, how to rescue a major girl age 20yrs b tech 3rd yr student in Vijayawada, from her parents. from 25 days she was tied with ropes both hand and legs and their parents locked her in room. and abusing her very serious. the problem is she want to continue her studies. but their parents forcing to stop studies and get marriage her relative. whom she was not at all interested, Please consider this as a urgent and Emergency and HELP ME please.

File a habeas corpus in respective HC as it would be a fastest remedy

Either file a police complaint or file a writ as advised by Amit. You can also inform the same to the TV channels.

File a Habeous Corpus and the police will have to produce her before the court and there she can proclaim her complaint.

But here the problem is The police ACP of vijayawada involved in this as he was friend of her parents and supporting her parents. While i went to do complaint. to my town police CI. He sent us to ACP (Assistant commissioner of police). As the ACP Friend of Her parents instead of taking action. on them and Said "She was their daughter they can do what ever they want". Who are u to do complaint. If you do complaint any where I will take action on u. can any one help to save her. can Habeous Corpus can file in local court.

YOU CAN ALSO FILE A HCP ONLY IN ANDHRAPRADESH HC THAT TIME THE SAID POLICE PRODUCED THE SAID GIRL THAT TIME SHE REVEAL ALL THE MATTERS WHAT ARE ALL HAPPEND AGAINST HER WILL, THEN THE COURT WILL DECIDE AND ALSO YOU SAID SHE IS MAJOR SO DONT WORRY.

But I am not relative, friend or any thing to her. has ours is charitable trust and social service center. Has a human being, and with humanity I want to help her from her threat. Can I file Habeous Corpus petition, whom to concern and what is the court fees that I should pay. and any application to fill. and how many days the court take action. can I file the petition through Register post or its compulsory that I should go to high court and file the petition.
