sir,
in civil court party can lead the case without appointing the lawyer
Guest (Expert) 05 February 2011
KINDLY NOTE THAT PARTY CAN APPEAR IN PERSON IN CIVIL MATTERS .BUT IT IS ALWAYS ADVISIBLE TO TAKE LEGAL HELP.
BEST EXAMPLE CAN BE GIVEN .IN CASE ALL PATIENTS TRY TO TAKE MADECINE WITHOUT CONSULTING DOCTOR,THEY MAY CREATE MORE COMPLICATIONS.PLEASE NOTE.

Not only in civil court, in any court the party can appear as party in person. But, they will have practical problems. Engaging the advocate is not only convenient and is effective. The advocate is having experience in handling the case, his experience will be useful for the submitting the case.

By hiring a lawyer you will have access to expert legal experience, knowledge of uncommon laws, legal advice, support and open communication. This type of service is especially valuable for individuals with no prior knowledge of the law they are trying to fight.
