One of the partner of the firm was not interested to sale the firm'land. so when firm sold his property he signed on sale deed as a partner and he became a purchaser of 10% and the company of 90%of the property in one sale deed. Now the purchaser of 10% wants to join the company. What types of documents/deeds/agreements to be signed in favour of the co. so that the company can sell the property without active involvment of the 10% owner.

He has to execute a registered sale deed or registered gift deed in favour of the Company. Then only the company would become 100% owner of the property and it can sell of its own without any one's interference, consent etc.

10% partner can execute GPA in favor of the company in this regard.
