Is there any ruling by any Court (incl. SC) that Secs. 30 & 31 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act 2007 are ultra vires or unconstitutional?
Any citations that can be referred to?

For that matter our law makers are smart enough to ensure that no laws in India are Unconstitutional. Else, litigations and burden to the judiciary would be manifold.
