Hi all,

I just want to know if a foreign university not registered (no establishment in india whatsoever) in India can advertise in India thru' a educational consultant?

Can it do so even without drawing a reference to the consultant?

no, but if you have sufficient evidence of
establishment apply for / already in others country you can do so

Thanks Mr. kumar, for the quick response. It is a well reputed institution with over 100 years of existence in the West. Can it do so?
