Dear Sir,
One Rajinder Singh has made several false complaints against me during past 4 yrs to the Police, many Govt Offices, Courts, none have been proved. His intention has been to harras me, tarnish my reputation and build pressure for extortion to which i have not yielded.
As Director of a reputed School, i have been playing defensive but he continues his mala fides.
Can i file compaints U/s 386 and 500 now
Thanks

Yes definitely you can file the complaint, and if in the cases which are already disposed off have any observation by the courts that cases were filed intentionally and defame you. You can also claim damages from the person who has filed false cases against you.

In India every person has right to file case whether the case is genuine or not, court will decide after going through all the merits of the case,as your opponent filed false cases against you, you have every right to file the case by using the all the certified copies used against you in all the cases and the judgements also to prove that all the cases are intentional, motivetadly filed against you to tarnish your image before the society and also conspiracy to extort money against you. As your case is genuine you have every right to file the case.

This is not army sir as you show that you are retired army person.
Any complaint not proved can not give rise to any action.
Only if it is proved false than only you have right to initiate action.
