Me and my wife has done a love marriage in jan 2010. However in few weeks her parents take her with them.. Then I have filed a case of Habeaus Corpus on them. On 27th Sep , her parent produced her in front of High Court.In High Court , My wife admitted that I am her Husband but dont want to live wid me anymore. Judge Disposed the case then and there and he has also not allowed me to talk to her..
I just want to know, Is there is any other alternative that how I can bring my wife Back in my life as i really love her and I know that she also love me but due to some family pressure she had denied to come wid me. I just want to talk with my wife before any decision made by court.

File an RCR in the court, during the councelling sessions you'll be able to meet your wife and can convince her. Also, if it is found that she is living seperate from you without any justified reason, the court will direct her to rejoin you.

before trying any legal route,I suggest some conciliation efforts through close friends and relatives.

Courts cannot do much about it since passing of orders by the court without any change in the mind frame of your wife will not be useful to anyone. Your wife who has refused to come with you in open court cannot be expected to obey the orders of the court. It is better to act as suggested by Mr.Mahendrakumar. If it does not work out, forget all about her and concentrate on some other good job.

You can file a petition for restitution of Conjugal rights. Orders passed in the Habeaus Corpus writ will not come in the way.

In my opinion you should introspect and find out the reason of leaving you.She would not speak. Though you may be loving her,but manytimes, we forget to think about our partner. I do not think that you bring her to court,that will ruin your relationship.

1. File a RCR Case as lawyers advised
with more pressure to create file
2. File a case of abetment, criminal conspiracy with sec 323( i.e physical and mental pain) IPC against father in law and mother in law for destroying your marriage life, your work etc. This case brings a deep pressure to your wife to talk to a peaceful resolution and also father in law and mother in law never create unprecedented obstacle into your marriage life.
Both cases are simultaneously filed in two different courts if you want quick result.

The marital dispute needs to be settled personally between both the spouses in the presence of like minded well wishes of male and female. Never be haste to resort to legal recourse once you believe that both of you really love and respect each other. Wait for the time factor to take over.

Now a days counseling is not going well. Partiality, favoritism and prejudice are common .

As per Uma Parameswaran : Counselling is not going well , then how can I trust on counselling part. Her father is a police officer in Allahabad (U.P), So he may have lots of links and if partiality happens then I ll lost my wife again.
Also I m not able to talk to her in any case as I dont have any links to talk to her.
So request all the lawyers to help me and advice me that how i can bring my wife. I dont want to lose her. Also Is RCR sufficient for bringing her because In RCR i came to know that , there might be a chance that their parents will not bring her and automatically the case goes for Divorce, Which i dont want...
Also I just want to know that Would Divorce can happen without my consent? because i dont want to give divorce to her
Also tell me that wat exactly happens in RCR..

you say you love her a lot.
unless she feels that 'love' all those legal efforts are not going to work.
i have seen many time this age old phrase "i loved her"
unless the other person feels 'it',what is the point.
many people forget that, love is to be expressed in each and every possible ways.....
inspite of all these expressions,if one does not understand or feel 'it',there is no point in pursuing it.
do an introspection,inspite of being in love with her for a considerable time, dont you have any link to express your feelings to her?
I do not think that legal fraternity could help much in igniting the lost love.

Yes.. If you want to live with your wife mean, you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights.. At the time of counselling you may try to convince your wife.. In case she not ready to live with you mean nothing can do by you.. (court can not direct anybody to be rejoin or to be separate) all the best..
