well Arvind u ve raised qutie a broader issue.

in my opinion it does amount to cruelty. I will certainly find some judgment on this issue.

lets c what other friends would opine.

As per the rulings of Various courts, the husband can file for divorse in a wife abort without the conscent of the husband. Marittal life is bond of love between the husband and the wife and the same is added with thw arrival of a child.Hance if there was no prior decision on children, she cannot abort withiout the permission of the husband.
